We collect as little as possible, and only what we need to fulfil your order.

When you place an order, we ask for your contact number. You may also choose to give us your name, email address, delivery address and order notes. We do not offer customer accounts, and no payment details are entered on this site.
Your information is used only to confirm, arrange payment for and deliver your order, including contacting you on WhatsApp. We do not send marketing messages, and we never sell or rent your information.
Order details are submitted through a form hosted by Google. Your delivery address is shared with the courier delivering your order. If you use the address search at checkout, the text you type is sent to Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based address service, to suggest matching addresses.
We keep your details only for as long as needed to complete your order, after which they are deleted.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the site. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
